  5. WinInit is designed to be run once per Windows session, on startup.  It
  6. reads a configuration of windows applications, their window sizes and
  7. positions from WIN.INI, launches the programs and exits.  You can define 
  8. your startup desktop and it will be the same each time, with the same
  9. program windows in the same places, and iconized as you specify.
