This is an example for using DECISION PAD to evaluate employees for salary purposes.
It is a good application of graphic setting for the data. By looking at each criterion separately you begin to indentify individual strengths and weaknesses for people -- factors which could influence their development and your answering questions. Otherwise these can be lost in a simple ranking. It also helps allay suspicions about the squeaky wheel or personalities.
