Welcome to Dominoes! For those unfamiliar with this game, a domino is a small rectangular block with two groups of spots on it, from 0 to 6 spots. You and the computer to play your dominoes in turn. The idea is to play a domino whose spots match one of the ends of the string of dominoes already played.

When you first start up Dominoes you are playing the 'Standard' game. See the rules on how to play.

The object of the game is to get rid of all the dominoes you are dealt at the start of the game. You play against the computer and take it in turns in playing dominoes. Out of a pack of 28 dominoes you are dealt 7 and the computer is dealt 7. You can only play a domino which has a number of spots which matches the number of spots on one of the ends of the dominoes already played.

The player to get rid of all their dominoes first is awarded two points. If neither player can play a domino, the player with the fewer spots on their remaining dominoes is awarded one point. The first player to reach 6 points wins the 'game' and is awarded one 'set' (similar to tennis).

The object of Multiples is similar to that of the standard game. However, in this version you can score points on each lay of a domino by making the ends of the played domino string add up to multiples of three or four.

For example, if there are 2 spots on one end and 4 spots on the other then this adds up to 6. This is 2 multiples of 3 which means you get 2 points. If there was 1 spot on one end and 3 spots on the other this would add up to 4. This is 1 multiple of 4 which means you get 1 point.

The best score in this game is achieved by having 6 spots on both ends. This adds up to 12 which is (3 multiples of 4) + (4 multiples of 3) = 7 points.

The object of the game is to score the most amount of points before one player runs out of dominoes or no one can go. You play against the computer and take it in turns in playing dominoes. Out of a pack of 28 dominoes you are dealt 7 and the computer is dealt 7. You can only play a domino which has a number of spots which matches the number of spots on one of the ends of the dominoes already played.
