  9. To start a new game select <b>Game|New</b> from the menu.<br></li>

  11. You may select numbers along the horizontal row that the cursor is on. When
  12. a number is selected that number is added to your score and that number is
  13. removed from the playing board. Your opponent (the
  14. computer) will then select a number along the vertical column that the
  15. cursor is on.

  18. The game ends when there is no possible move for the current player. The player
  19. with the highest score when the game ends is the winner!</li>
