  1. About this CD-ROM

  3. This CD-ROM features many standard MIDI file format demo songs that you can 
  4. enjoy on both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. What's more, features 
  5. like the GS sound generator tone editor and the driver software for Windows 
  6. let you use and Roland's Sound Canvas with your computer.

  8. <Demosong> folder
  9.   This folder contains many standard MIDI file format demo songs.
  10.   To view song lists, check out each folder's Songlist.txt file.

  13.     enjoyment is not permitted by the copyright holders and is prohibited by 
  14.     law. Unauthorized reproduction or creation of derivative works without the

  19. <Mac> folder
  20.   If you are using a Macintosh computer, first convert files to Midi type files 
  21.   using 'Midi It!' found in this folder. For instructions on how to use 
  22.   'Midi It!,' please refer to the Readme file in this folder.

  24. <Win> folder
  25.   This folder contains the GS sound generator tone editor, the MIDI Drivers
  26.   and the installer of the Demo Songs. They are only for use with Windows 95.
  27.   For more information about them, see the "Readme.txt" in this folder.
