  9. of the SoundWAV Volume I CD ROM disc. This license is not transferable.

  11. is a violation of its terms.  Use of this disc constitutes acceptance of 
  12. the terms of this agreement.

  17. accessed through a local area network. You may use and distribute any 
  18. sound on this disc as a secondary part of your computer based multimedia

  24. written consent of Data Express, Inc. You shall not use the disc on a BBS.
