VEFC24.EXE Self-Extracting Archive (Archiving by PKWare PKZIP 1.01)

This program is a tool for building code practice sets or validating code exams
to contain all characters and be of the correct length.
VEFC is available to for FREE, NO-COST use to anyone. You may copy it all you
wish, just don't sell it!
This program is compiled in Turbo C for use on MS-DOS (3.x) systems.

In order to extract this program, follow these steps:
1. Create a directory for VEFC or select an existing directory.
<C:\> md \vefc
<C:\>
2. Log to that directory.
<C:\> cd \vefc
<C:\VEFC>
3. Execute the self-extracting archive.
<C:\VEFC> a:vefc24
PKUNZIP MESSAGES...
<C:\VEFC>
4. Remove the diskette in A: and put it away.
