  150. ===== Installation =====================================
  151.  
  152. The installation procedure for "Word Search Puzzle Maker" is quite
  153. simple. The package includes a program, "INSTALL.BAT", which automates
  154. the entire process. You will need about 250-K of available disk space on
  155. the hard drive on which you plan to install WSPM.
  156.  
  157. The exact steps you need to take will depend on how you received WSPM.
  158.

  160. INSTALLING FROM DISKETTES
  161.  
  162. To install from diskette(s), you need to perform the following steps.
  163.  
  164.    o  Place WSPM distribution diskette in the appropriate diskette
  165.       drive.
  166.  
  167.    o  Make sure the drive where your diskette is located is the active
  168.       drive. For example, if your diskette is in drive A you will
  169.       enter A:. To run the INSTALL.BAT program enter INSTALL followed
  170.       by your hard drive letter and a colon. For example, if your
  171.       hard drive letter is C you would enter INSTALL C:.
  172.  
  173.    o  Follow the instructions presented by the installation program.
  174.       You will have a chance to approve installation before any changes
  175.       are actually made to the contents of your hard drive. The
  176.       program will ask you for a destination directory, and will copy
  177.       the WSPM files to that directory.
  178.  
  179.    o  To run the program enter WSPM from the WSPM directory. For
  180.       detailed instructions on how to use WSPM see the DOCUMENT.TXT
  181.       file which contains the documentation. To print the documentation,
  182.       enter GO from the WSPM directory after you have installed the
  183.       program.

  186. INSTALLING FROM A HARD DRIVE
  187.  
  188. If you downloaded Word Search Puzzle Maker from a BBS (or received it in
  189. the form of archive files from some other source), you will need to
  190. perform the following steps.

  192.    o  Extract the contents of the archive file(s) in a temporary
  193.       directory on your hard drive. The procedure for doing this
  194.       varies, depending on the form in which you received the package.
  195.       In all likelihood, the fact that you are reading this text means
  196.       that you already have the necessary tools and knowledge to
  197.       perform this step. If not, you should be able to obtain
  198.       directions for this from the same source from which you received
  199.       the package.
