You can add your own definitions to the database in two ways, you can use the menu's by clicking on Definition and then clicking New or you can click on the book icon. Yoy can now see a data entry screen with a small keypad to the left, the keypad is used to enter characters that are not on your keyboard. Type the keyword for you definition in the box provided (Enter), any information about that word can be placed in the information box. It is Important that only the characters you wish to search for later are put in the heading box because this is the data that is indexed and search on, type the language equivalent in the othe heading box and any data about that word in the information box provided. Anything you typed can be edited by clicking on the box. Once you are happy with your new definition click on the Add button, the program will then add this to the main data list. This can take a few seconds but the data entry boxes will clear when it has finished. To return the main menu click on the Cancel button.
