  7. o  CyberSky is copyrighted software marketed as "shareware".
  8.    It must never be described as "public domain" or "free"
  9.    software.
  10.  
  11. o  CyberSky must not be bundled as part of another product
  12.    without prior permission from the author.
  13.  
  14. o  CyberSky should be distributed as a compressed file
  15.    named CYBERSKY.ZIP or CYBSKY1D.ZIP, although it is
  16.    permitted to split the compressed file into smaller
  17.    parts if necessary and to modify the names of those
  18.    files in a reasonable manner.

  20. o  Any distribution of CyberSky must contain all files as
  21.    distributed by the author in their original, unmodified
  22.    form.

  24. o  Any vendor publication that lists CyberSky must contain
  25.    a clear explanation of the shareware concept and this
  26.    information must be visible to customers before they pay
  27.    a fee to the vendor.

  29. o  Vendors who obtain a version of CyberSky that is dated
  30.    more than one year in the past must contact the author
  31.    to see if there is a newer version available before
  32.    distributing the package.

  34. o  Vendors are encouraged to use the description of
  35.    CyberSky contained in the FILE_ID.DIZ file to describe
  36.    the package. Alternately, the longer descriptions found
  37.    in the README.TXT file or in the CyberSky help file
  38.    may be used.
