  3. For Non Disclosure of software testing & evaluation.

  5. AGREEMENT, made in the Town of Putney, Vermont between
  6. Dosolutions

  8. Putney, VT. 05346

  12. The parties hereto agree as follows:
  13.  
  14. DEFINITION OF TERMS;
  15.  
  16. Both parties to this agreement hereby acknowledge the following common understanding of terms
  17. used throughout this agreement:
  18.  
  19. A.  The AUTHOR is Dosolutions the first party to this agreement.
  20. B.  The SOFTWARE is _______________________________, supplied to Tester by the AUTHOR.

  23. RECIPIENT (tester) AGREES:
  24.  
  25. 1. Not to provide or otherwise make available to any third parties.
  26.  
  27. 2. Not to modify, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the software   
  28.  
  29. 3. Not to loan, transfer or sell the software to anyone
  30.     in any way unless written permission is granted by Dosolutions.
  31.  
  32. 4. To test or evaluate the software on any number of machines and hopefully have fun!
  33.  
  34. 5. This agreement will terminate when the software is
  35.     no longer in beta i.e. when it has been commercialy distributed 
  36.     by Dosolutions, or when the software has been returned to the author.
  37.  
  38. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and seals as of the 
  39. dates recited.
