  4. kinds of lights or stop signs to use and set
  5. the timing of the lights.  The computer pro-
  6. vides the traffic.  You can program 2 test 
  7. cars.  See if you can avoid gridlock !!!!!!!!
  8. For IBM or compatibles with 512K, EGA or VGA
  9. graphics, DOS over 3.2.  No mouse or joystick
  10. required.  Speed must be over 10 MHz and
  11. should be at least 16 MHz for best results.
