  3.                                 UPLOAD REBATE OFFER

  6.      If you are the first registered user to claim credit for an upload 
  7.      of the shareware version of East Front, 1914 to a free-access BBS, 
  8.      you will be sent $5.00.  Here are the rules:
  9.  
  10.           1.   You must be a registered user of either East Front, 1914 
  11.                or August, 1914.  
  12.  
  13.           2.   Your rebate claim form must accompany your registration
  14.                fee and registration form.
  15.  
  16.           3.   The shareware package must be uploaded to a BBS in the 
  17.                United States or Canada which can be accessed by the 
  18.                general public without paying membership or user fees.
  19.  
  20.           4.   The entire shareware package (all files) must be uploaded.
  21.  
  22.           5.   You must be the first person to claim credit for the 
  23.                upload.  Time order is determined first by the postmark
  24.                date, then the day received, and finally by the order
  25.                in which the claim is processed. 
  26.  
  27.           6.   The rebate claim form must be completed fully.
  28.  
  29.           7.   Forgotten Fronts Simulations must be able to verify
  30.                the claimed upload (exists on the stated BBS).
  31.  
  32.           8.   A person may receive only one rebate, and claiming 
  33.                credit for more than one BBS will not increase the 
  34.                rebate amount (which is limited to $5). 
  35.  
  36.           9.   Forgotten Fronts Simulations shall have sole authority to
  37.                determine the validity of any rebate claim.  All 
  38.                decisions of Forgotten Fronts Simulations are final.

  40.      Please note that you do not have to be the person who uploaded the 
  41.      file to obtain the $5 rebate.  For example, John uploads the East 
  42.      Front, 1914 shareware package to the Game Corner BBS, but does not 
  43.      register with Forgotten Fronts Simulations.  Fred downloads the 
  44.      East Front, 1914 shareware package from the Game Corner BBS and 
  45.      registers for both games (August, 1914 and East Front, 1914).  
  46.      Along with the registration fee and order form, Fred sends to 
  47.      Forgotten Fronts Simulations a rebate claim form for the Game Corner 
  48.      BBS.  If Fred is the first registered user to claim credit for the 
  49.      upload to the Game Corner, then he will be sent $5, even though 
  50.      John actually uploaded the shareware package.

  52.      To apply for the rebate, complete the claim form on the following 
  53.      page and send it, along with the registration fee and registration
  54.      form, to Forgotten Fronts Simulations, Post Office Box 635, Vienna,
  55.      Virginia 22183.
