  24. warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The 
  25. author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, 
  26. which may result from the use of Program FIVE 6/49."

  28. Program FIVE 6/49 is a "Commercial Program" and the "Evaluation 
  29. version" is provided at no charge to the user.

  31. Program FIVE 6/49 and continue to use Program FIVE 6/49 after a 
  32. reasonable trial period of 30 days, you must make a registration 
  33. payment. The registration fee will license one copy for use on any 
  34. one computer at any one time. You must treat this software just like 
  35. a book. An example is that this software may be used by any number 
  36. of people and may be freely moved from one computer location to 
  37. another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one 
  38. location while it's being used at another. Just as a book cannot be 
  39. read by two different persons at the same time.

  83. **** INSTALLATION =====================================

  85. Program FIVE Installation
  86. -------------------------
  87. To install Program FIVE, run windows. It is recommended that no
  88. other programs are running while the installation takes place,
  89. which is just good practice.

  91. Insert Setup disk into the floppy drive and from the Program
  92. Manager, click File and then Run. Type A:\Setup (or B:\Setup if
  93. you using the B: drive). The setup will ask if you wish to
  94. install the software on C:\FIVE649 (you can type in the drive and
  95. directory of your choice here). Click OK and GO.
