  1. StratusPad is a text editor and a replacement 
  2. for WordPad and Notepad.  It allows multiple 
  3. large files to be opened.  It is highly 
  4. customizable and includes a spell checker, 
  5. word count, case conversion, load workspace, 
  6. column and line indicators and much more.  
  7. It allows drag-and-drop between files and the 
  8. ability to open .doc, .wri, .rtf, and .txt 
  9. file formats.  Freeware.
