  1. Due to numerous errors in the way in which Volume 5 was saved,
  2. numerous issues never were saved at all!  In particular, in the second
  3. half of volume 5, beginning with issue 77, most of the issues up to
  4. about 90 were not put in the archives. A dozen issues are missing in a
  5. row here. In the first half of the volume, several issues were never
  6. sent to the archives, and those that were sent are greatly out of
  7. order numerically. You will need to grep for issue numbers, and take
  8. them in whatever order they are found.

  10. A good rule of thumb in Volume 5 and Volume 6 is what you see is what
  11. we have.
