  1. Installing WOW!    
  2.  
  3. To install WOW! onto your computer, follow these steps:
  4.  
  5. 1. Make sure the CD is in your CD-ROM drive.
  6. 2. Click on the Windows 95 Start button and select Run.
  7. 3. In the Open: box, type D:\wow\Install\Setup.exe (where "D" is the letter of your CD-ROM 
  8. drive).
  9. 4. Click OK.
  10. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

  14. If you have trouble installing, starting, or getting connected to WOW!, call WOW! Service at 
  15. 1-800-9FORWOW (936-7969), 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

  17. Problems with TEAC 4X CD-ROM Drives    
  18.  
  19. If you have a TEAC 4X CD-ROM drive, you may have problems installing WOW!  This CD-
  20. ROM drive doesnÆt have the 32-bit protected mode drivers necessary for Windows 95.  You 
  21. can download the new drivers at http://buzzard.ups.edu/cd55a.html.  If you arenÆt sure what 
  22. type of CD-ROM drive you have, go ahead and try to install WOW!  If your drive is affected, 
  23. youÆll see this message:

  25. "Critical error - 1 occurred while checking new WOW! version.  Try running the installation 
  26. process again with no other applications active.  If the problem persists, please call WOW! 
  27. Service at 1-800-9FORWOW."
