  1. GLOBAL: README

  3. These files can be compiled to create GLOBAL.EXE a sample program with
  4. multilingual UI. The directory LANGDLL contains the stub file used to
  5. create the resource only DLL and an already compiled English and German
  6. DLL. I used a set of tools to translate the DLLs directly, without the
  7. need for resource files. If you are interested in the tools I used,
  8. they can be downloaded from Microsofts MSWIN32 forum on Compuserve
  9. or from MS's ftp server. The filename is RLTOOLS.ZIP.

  11. If you do not have these tools, just translate the GLOBAL.RC file
  12. and use it to build DEU.DLL
  13.  
  14. For now you can use the compiled version of the DLL to test your
  15. build of Global.EXE
