Use the \4Utility Domain\0 option to change the domain to a different
log entry. The domain is the set of documents to use for a search.
The Find option always displays fields for the domain log entry, not
the currently highlighted log entry.
To change the domain:
■ Highlight the log entry and select \4Utility Domain\0.
Use the \4Utility Keep\0 option to prevent a log entry from being
dropped from the Log screen. The Log screen has a maximum of 24
entries. After 24, Computer Select removes the oldest entry to make
room for the next search. The only entries that the program leaves
are those you have designated as ones to keep and the one marked as
the domain.
To keep a log entry:
■ Highlight the entry and select \4Utility Keep\0.
Computer Select displays the indicator KEEP next to the
entry. Select Utility Keep again to remove the KEEP
indicator.
Use the \4Utility Remove\0 option to remove a log entry you no longer
want. This option removes all entries except the domain and those you
marked with Utility Keep.
To remove a log entry:
■ Highlight the entry and select \4Utility Remove\0.

=30019 Help: UTILITY (TITLES OR BROWSE)

temporarily exit to DOS.
To select a Utility menu option:

=30020 Help: UTILITY GOTO
The Utility Goto command displays a pop-up window where you enter the
number of the document or title to find.
To go to a document or title:
■ Type the number and press \4\x11─┘\0.
=30021 Help: UTILITY NEW
The Utility New option clears the Log screen of all entries, except the
entry that is the domain and those you have designated to keep.
To remove all log entries (except those you have kept and the domain):
■ Select \4Yes\0 and press \4\x11─┘\0.
To exit the Utility New option without removing any log entries:
■ Select \4No\0 and press \4\x11─┘\0.
To keep log entries, use the Utility Keep option. To remove individual
log entries, use the Utility Remove option. To change the domain
another log entry use the Utility Domain option.
=30022 Help: QUIT
You have asked to leave Computer Select and return to DOS. The program
asks you to confirm this choice before exiting. All documents you have
found through your log entry searches are lost unless you copied them
to a file with the \4Copy\0 command or printed them with the \4Print\0
command.
To quit Computer Select:
■ Highlight \4Yes\0 and press \4\x11─┘\0.
To return to Computer Select:
■ Highlight \4No\0 and press \4\x11─┘\0.
