  1. General Infomation for SBSlot

  4. Purpose:
  5.  
  6.   SBSlot is a slot machine simulator. It's designed to be a realistic
  7.   simulation, capable of generating useful statistics. Two programs are
  8.   included:
  9.  
  10.         SlotStat.Exe: A statistical slot machine simulator, useful for
  11.                       generating accurate odds data.
  12.  
  13.         Slot3D.Exe:   A 3D graphical game. DirectX version 3 is required
  14.                       to run this program.
  15.  
  16. SBSlot is available in one version:
  17.  
  18.   1) SBSLOTxx.ZIP ... 32-bit version, Windows-95, Windows-NT
  19.  
  20. Documentation is included in this archive in two formats:
  21.  
  22.   1) HTML format: SLOT.HTM, REGISTER.HTM, etc
  23.  
  24.      HTML format (HyperText Markup Language) files may be loaded by your
  25.      web browser, or various html utilities. The file is formatted much
  26.      nicer in HTML than in the plain ascii format below.
  27.  
  28.   2) Ascii format: SLOT.DOC, REGISTER.DOC, etc
  29.  
  30.      A conversion of the HTML format files to plain ascii. If you don't
  31.      have a program that understands html, you can use these files.

  33. Installation:
  34.  
  35.   You have two choices:
  36.  
  37.   1) Run SETUP.EXE, which should be a familiar automated setup program.
  38.

  41.   2) Manually place the files into a directory of your choice; You may
  42.      delete "SETUP.*" and anything that begins with an underscore ("_*.*").
