Cow and Chicken are sister and brother, being patiently raised in the suburbs by their hemispherically challenged mom and dad. They have the normal upsets of any kids their age: troubles with school, classmates, hardened criminals, and a little red guy with horns and a pointed tail. Cartoonist David Feiss created the show, which originally appeared as one of Cartoon Network's World Premiere Toons.
