  26. vegetarian-friendly restaurants, natural food stores, vegetarian
  27. organizations, etc.

  29.    If you have any additions or corrections please e-mail them to
  30.    one of the below listed regional co-ordinators and/or myself.

  32. ** Format your corrections and new entries in the same format as   **
  33. ** those in the listings. Keep comments and reviews short, simple, **
  34. ** and straight to the point. Explicitly specify any listings      **
  35. ** which are to be removed. Correctly formatted updates will be    **
  36. ** listed in the next release of the guide. Improperly formatted   **
  37. ** and/or ciphered updates may never make it.                      **

  39.    Proper formatting will cut down on errors, save the co-ordinators
  40.    a lot of precious time, and thus allow the guide to be updated
  41.    quicker and released more frequently.

  44. contact me. I no longer have enough time to take care of all the
  45. listings and would appreciate a few regional co-ordinators, especially

  1328.   the weekly "Reader" freebie magazine, considers vegetarians when
  1329.   reviewing restaurants. When visiting an omnivore restaurant, the
  1330.   reviewer will add something like "vegetarians will love all the
  1331.   wonderful options" or "good selection of vegetarian entrees" in her
  1332.   reviews. I've found a lot of great restaurants this way. If you drive
  1333.   east, you're on your own. Lots of rednecks east of San Diego.
