  10. Well, your moderator has been known to have his bad days, but this was starting
  11. to look like his bad *year*.  It's rather uncommon for me to disappear, and I
  12. figure I owe you folks an explanation.

  14. My car was severely damaged in an accident on 1/2---the other driver (who was
  15. cited, BTW) turns out not to have been insured, and I was getting no help what-
  16. soever from my own insurance company.  Less important stuff like c.s.m (and my
  17. job!) ended up taking a back seat.  However, things seem to finally be
  18. resolving themselves, and hopefully I won't be disappearing again in the near
  19. future.

  53. programs had to be recompiled?  On the other hand, it forced me to bring
  54. the archive-name database up to date from volume 3 on, so it wasn't a total
