  61. This software is SHAREWARE. On the first installation  you  may  test  this
  62. program  for  30  days.  After  this  period you either have to Register or
  63. delete this software from your harddisk and have to  install  an  unaltered
  64. version of Lemmings 2 again.

  66. The registered version is not freely distributable.  Each  registered  copy
  67. may  only  be  used  by  the person it is registered to. See the registered
  68. Software Licence Agreement for more details.

  75. The author of this software will grant the Licensee a limited, nonexclusive
  76. right  to use the program Lemmings 2 Level Editor and it's associated files
  77. on a single machine. The producer will hand out  a  special  identification
  78. file  called  the  key  file to the Licensee. This key file will enable the
  79. Licensee to fully use this software package according to the terms of  this
  80. license.  The  key  file is strictly for personal use by the Licensee only.
  81. You may not duplicate, distribute, hire or sell a keyfile.  Any  disclosure
  82. of they key file will invalidate the license and the key file itself.

  84. The Licensee will  be  held  liable  of  any  damage  arising  out  of  the
  85. disclosure  of  the keyfile. The product is provided as is without warranty
  86. of any kind, either expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including
  87. without    limitation   any   implied   warranties   of   non-infringement,
  88. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to
  89. use,  results  and  performance of the product is assumed by you and should
  90. the product prove to be defective,  you  assume  the  entire  cost  of  all
  91. necessary  servicing,  repair  or  other remediation. In no event shall the
  92. producer of this product or it's  resellers  be  liable  for  any  property
  93. damage,  personal  injury,  loss  of  use  or other indirect, incidental or
  94. consequential damages, including without limitation, any damages  for  lost
  95. profits,  business  interruption  or  data  which  may  be lost or rendered
