  1751. "The Legal List" was first released).and is starting his second decade 
  1752. on the Internet.  His first started when he entered the Massachusetts 
  1753. Institute of Technology in 1984.  He graduated from MIT in 1988 with a 
  1754. degree in electrical engineering.  In the years following MIT, he spent 
  1755. four years as a United States Air Force officer and worked for various 
  1756. high-tech firms in the Route 128 region of Boston.  His interest in law 
  1757. and technology led him to the University of Maine School of Law in 
  1758. Portland, Maine, where he is now a third-year student and from where he 
  1759. will be graduating in December 1994.  Before entering the Air Force, 
  1760. Erik spent some time working as an engineer in Finland.  While in 
  1761. Finland, he met Pirjo, whom he married three years later.  Erik and 
  1762. Pirjo and their five-month-old son, Samuel, now live in Eliot, Maine.
