This is just a reminder that when attemping to retrieve files from
'saab' you must specify the *complete* file name that you are
trying to transfer. Wild cards are not allowed. Also, since most
files are compressed you must add a ".Z" extension on the filename
as well. For example to retrieve Patch4a to NetHack3 you would
do something like:
uucp saab!/usr/spool/ftp/games-archive/NetHack3/Patch4a.Z myhackdir
Requesting .../Patch4* will *not* work, nor will .../Patch4a. If I
see a failed uucp request, I try and contact you when possible, but if
your host is not in the uucp maps, I can't get through (e.g. banger1!brady).
[The only files that are not compressed are: Index, compress.shr,
NetHack3/ndmake45.arc and NetHack3/termcap.arc.]
