Well, your moderator has been known to have his bad days, but this was starting
to look like his bad *year*. It's rather uncommon for me to disappear, and I
figure I owe you folks an explanation.
My car was severely damaged in an accident on 1/2---the other driver (who was
cited, BTW) turns out not to have been insured, and I was getting no help what-
soever from my own insurance company. Less important stuff like c.s.m (and my
job!) ended up taking a back seat. However, things seem to finally be
resolving themselves, and hopefully I won't be disappearing again in the near
future.
In the meantime, submissions have been piling up. Here's the current queue:

send it.)
I will be sending these out tonight; some things may be sent in a different
order or with different subject lines.

(P.S. And whose idea was it to replace uunet with a Pyramid, so that all my
programs had to be recompiled? On the other hand, it forced me to bring
the archive-name database up to date from volume 3 on, so it wasn't a total
waste. 1/2 ;-)
