  4.         at 300/1200/2400 baud.

  6.      2. Dial toll-free 1-800-638-8369 (in Canada dial 1-800-387-8330).
  7.         Upon CONNECTion, enter HHH.

  9.      3. At the U#= prompt type SIGNUP and press RETURN.

  11.      4. Have a major credit card account number ready. In the U.S.
  12.         you may also use your checking account.
