  3. The building was erected in place of burnt down 
  4. wooden silver shops. The main three storey 
  5. facade is shaped by an open rustic arch gallery 
  6. and dummy arcade with Tuscan order 
  7. semicolumns. Later on the gallery was glazed 
  8. and turned into a shop. The gallery was re-
  9. opened after the reconstruction in 1982 and 
  10. at present holds an art shop "Izoproduktsiya".
