By installing this product, you indicate your acceptance of the following Excel Consultants license agreement.
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Excel Consultants Limited. By installing this product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, abort the installation now.
EXCEL CONSULTANTS SOFTWARE LICENSE
1. LICENSE. Excel Consultants Limited grants to you the right to use the enclosed software program (the "SOFTWARE") for a 30 day evaluation period starting from the time of installation, or permanently on a single machine for which an authorisation code has been provided to you by Excel Consultants Limited.
2. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is owned by Excel Consultants Limited and is protected by English copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material.
You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.
3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
NO WARRANTIES. Excel Consultants Limited disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the SOFTWARE and the accompanying written materials.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Excel Consultants Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use these Excel Consultants Limited products, even if Excel Consultants Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
