  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.

  10. Registered Version

  12. One registered copy of Flight Toolz may be used either by a single 
  13. person who uses the software personally on one or 
  14. more computers, or Flight Toolz may be installed on a single workstation 
  15. used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
  16.  
  17. You may access the registered version of Flight Toolz through
  18. a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses 
  19. for the software covering all workstations that will access the 
  20. software through the network.  For instance, if 8 different 
  21. workstations will access Flight Toolz on the network, each workstation must 
  22. have its own Flight Toolz license, regardless of whether they use 
  23. Flight Toolz at different times or concurrently.

  27. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  28. New York.

  30. Disclaimer of Warranty

  32. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  33. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  34. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

  36. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  37. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  38. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  It is the 
  39. responsibility of the pilot-in-command to make sure that all 
  40. calculations are correct and if, for any reason, the calculations
  41. made by the program are incorrect neither the author or distributors
  42. of this program can be held liable. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER 
  43. WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

  48. Evaluation and Registration

  50. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  51. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  52. without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this software
  53. after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee of $50 is
  54. required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and
  55. should be sent to Sean Carroll, 600 Madison Ave,
  56. Baldwin, NY 11510. When payment is received
  57. you will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of 
  58. Flight Toolz.

  60. Unregistered use of Flight Toolz after the 21-day evaluation period 
  61. is in violation of international copyright laws.

  63. Distribution

  65. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  66. Version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the 
  67. Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; 
  68. give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and 
  69. distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation 
  70. in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for 
  71. any of the above.

  73. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  74. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  75. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  76. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
  77. one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
  78. Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute Flight Toolz
  79. subject to the conditions in this license, without specific
