  1. Quick Paint 1.39 Registration/Order Form

  3. What is registration ?
  4. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
  5. Quick Paint is a shareware program. This means that you are free to use 
  6. the software free of charge for evaluation purposes. If you decide to 
  7. keep this product, then you must register to purchase a license ID from 
  8. us for a small fee.
  9.  
  10. The unregistered version of Quick Paint contains all of the functionality
  11. of the registered version. This allows you to make sure that it works 
  12. satisfactorily for you before you purchase the software.
  13.  
  14. When you place an order you will receive by return email or fax or 
  15. regular mail, a license ID (a key code and a registration code). You must 
  16. then enter your name and this key code and registration code into your 
  17. existing copy of Quick Paint using the User Entry dialog box, which is 
  18. displayed when you start the program. This User Entry dialog box will 
  19. be removed, after this process. In addition, registration entitles you 
  20. to free minor upgrades.

  22. You should keep the license ID safe, so that you can re-enter it if you 
  23. need to re-install Windows or if you upgrade to a new computer at any 
  24. time in the future.

  26. Don't forget that registering this and other shareware programs allows 
  27. the authors to continue design and development of those and other new 
  28. products.

  30. You must agree to the "License Agreement" to register the software.

  33. Site licenses

  35. A site license for Quick Paint entitles an organization to receive 
  36. a single product registration number and use it to register Quick Paint 
  37. on the specified number of computers. Site license pricing is indicated 
  38. below.

  41. License agreement

  43. By registering Quick Paint you agree to the following license agreement:

  45. 1. The registered version of this product may be installed on a single 
  46.    computer only and used by one person only.
  47.  
  48. 2. A License ID is issued to one person and you can not sell or give
  49.    your ID to somebody else.
  50.  
  51. 3. The authors of Quick Paint make NO WARRANTIES regarding this product.
  52.    You accept this product on an AS IS basis. The authors of Quick Paint
  53.    are not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including loss of 
  54.    information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any 
  55.    damage or consequential damage without limitation, incurred before,
  56.    during or after the use of our products.

  58. 4. This program is owned by Kozo Obayashi and K. Kuwata and is copyright 
  59.    protected. No program, code, part, image, text or sound may be copied 
  60.    or used in any way by the user except as detailed in this license 
  61.    agreement.

  63. 5. The unregistered version of this product may be redistributed freely 
  64.    under the following conditions:
  65.  
  66.    - The distribution format is not modified in any way from the original 
  67.      supplied by the authors of Quick Paint. Specifically no files may be 
  68.      altered, deleted or added to the distribution files.

  70.    - The distribution does not include license ID (a key code and 
  71.      a registration code). In particular, you may not distribute 
  72.      a registered version of the software.

  74.    - No money is charged to the person receiving the software.
