  1. LICENSING INFORMATION

  3. The size of files that can be transferred with free version is limited
  4. to 500KB. If you want to exploit full capabilities of the  Program and
  5. receive support by e-mail from author, you have to pay (register) for
  6. your copy. If you don't need neither to transfer files larger than
  7. 500KB nor support you don't have to register. Using unregistered
  8. version is perfectly legal; the above conditions apply.

  10. LICENSE FOR UNREGISTERED VERSION

  12. The Program (NFTP) is owned by Sergey Ayukov and is copyrighted and
  13. licensed, not sold. The term "Program" means the original program and
  14. all whole or partial copies of it.

  18.   use the Program (size of files which can be transferred is limited to 500KB)
  19.   distribute unaltered copies of the Program
  20.  
  21. You may not:

  23.   reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the Program
  24.   sublicense, rent, or lease the Program

  26. The Program is provided `as is'. Any express or implied warranties,
  27. including, but not limited to, the implied warranties for
  28. merchantability and fitness to a particular purpose are disclaimed.
  29. Sergey Ayukov will not be liable for any lost profits, lost savings,
  30. incident, special, or indirect damages or other economic consequential
  31. damages, even if Sergey Ayukov has been advised of the possibility of
  32. such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
  33. limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
  34. limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
