  4. If you try Calendar Development Library and decide to use it, you must
  5. register your copy.
  6. If you do not register your copy, you are not authorized to use the
  7. programs beyond an initial evaluation period of thirty (30) days.
  8. By registering, Delta Computing grants you a permanent license to use this
  9. copyrighted computer program, in the current version, on a single computer,
  10. by one developer. In addition Delta Computing grants you a permanent license
  11. to distribute the file "CALEND16.DLL" or the file "CALEND32.DLL" to users of
  12. your software products without any royalties or fees due to Delta Computing.

  14. The usage of Calendar Development Library is subject to the terms and
  15. conditions of this license.

  17. Calendar Development Library is distributed as a shareware program. It is
  18. NOT a public domain program. However, you are encouraged to copy it for trial
  19. purposes.  The program and all associated files can be freely copied and
  20. shared to allow others to try it. You may upload this program and
  21. all associated files to any bulletin board system (BBS) or on-line computer
  22. service. The program and all its related files must be distributed in
  23. unmodified form. You may not remove any files from the distribution archives
  24. or diskettes. You may not add any files unless the added files are clearly
  25. marked as being an addition to the original archives or diskettes.
  26. If this program and its related files are included in a collection of
  27. shareware and/or public domain programs, it must be clear to the purchaser of
  28. the collection that no license to use this program is granted by the purchase
  29. of the collection.
