  8. Shareware Notice

  10. Find++ is a shareware program and is a copyright of the author Pravin Paul. 
  11. This copy is for evaluation purposes only. You are allowed to evaluate it 
  12. for a period of 21 days only. If you continue to use it after 21 days you 
  13. are required to register it with the author. You are encouraged to distrubute
  14. copies of Find++ to your friends and others for evaluation.

  16. Registered users will be delighted to know that they will receive the 
  17. registered version of Find++ without any of its nag screens. Registered 
  18. users will get free upgrades and any bug fixes. they will also receive 
  19. support from the author for a period of 90 days from the date of their 
  20. registration.

  22. Registered users will receive the latest registered version of Find++ by e-
  23. mail within two or at most four days of receipt of registration. they will 
  24. receive all future upgrades of Find++ for Windows 95 free of cost through 
  25. e-mail when it becomes available. They will also receive the Windows 3.1x
  26. version of Find++ by e-mail free of cost.

  28. Registered Version

  30. One registered copy of Find++ may either be used by a single person who 
  31. uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a 
  32. single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not 
  33. both.

  35. Organizations that wish to use the registered version of  Find++ on a 
  36. number of workstations or computers within their organization should 
  37. purchase the appropriate site license.  A site license entitles such an 
  38. organization to purchase a single copy of the registered software to be 
  39. copied onto any number of computers or workstations within a building.

  41. A world-wide license entitles an organisation to use Find++ on any
  42. numbers of computers belonging to it anywhere in the world.

  44. Please remember the registered version of Find++ is not to be copied onto 
  45. disks or any other media for purposes other than back-up.

  47. Users are encouraged to evaluate the software carefully before regular use.
  48. the author would be most happy to hear of any problems with Find++. 
  49. Suggestions for improvement are most welcome.
