  18. using this software.  Unless you have a different license agreement
  19. signed by VoiceCore Communications your use of this software you
  20. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  26. without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other
  27. warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various
  28. hardware and software environments into which Secure Delete may be
  29. put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

  32. tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must
  33. assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the
  34. seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund

  50. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 31
  51. days.  If you use this software after the 31 day evaluation period
  52. a registration fee of at least $10 Australian is required.  Payments
  53. must be in Australian dollars and should be sent to VoiceCore
  54. Communications ( contact information is located in the manual ).

  56. Unregistered use of Secure Delete after the 31 day evaluation period
  57. is in violation of international copyright laws.

  62. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  63. version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the
  64. Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish;
