  10. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  11. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  12. agreement signed by Dave Lehman, your use of this software
  13. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  18. One registered copy of To-Do List Pro may either be used by a single
  19. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  20. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  21. multiple people, but not both.

  23. You may access the registered version of To-Do List Pro through a
  24. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  25. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  26. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  27. will access To-Do List Pro on the network, each workstation must
  28. have its own To-Do List Pro license, regardless of whether they use
  29. To-Do List Pro at different times or concurrently.

  34. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  35. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  36. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
  37. Because of the various hardware and software environments into
  38. which To-Do List Pro may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
  39. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  42. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  43. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  44. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT

  55. licensed to make as many copies of the unregistered version of this
  56. software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the

  59. entire and unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge
  60. for any of the above.

  71.  6. FILE_ID.DIZ     - standard ID file

  73. If any of these files are missing, then the package
  74. is not complete and distribution is forbidden.

  77. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  78. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  79. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
