settings are changed. Consequently, the /SAVE and /REST options have been
removed as they are now redundant. This facility is now also available in
the unregistered version.
* Fixed display bug caused with redirection (/!) and /TREE or /-TURBO
* Summary information now displays space allocated (based on cluster size)
* Tree display now shows space usage of directories (based on cluster size)
* Bug with /SET remembering old settings rectified (introduced in 6.02)
As a result, settings will not import properly from v6.02 but still will
from v6.01
