  1. A windows utility program for RTSMaker. 
  2. Makes it very easy to make sound (RTS) 
  3. files for Duke3D.  Will allow you to 
  4. select .Wav or .voc files to use for an
  5. RTS file. Double click on a .wav file to 
  6. hear it, drag and drop 10 selected files
  7. to a list then click to make your RTS 
  8. file.  It's that easy. With this Program 
  9. you can also unpack any RTS file that you
  10. may have. 
  11. **NOTE** make sure that you have a copy of
  12. RTSMAKER 2.0 because WinRTS Maker will not
  13. work without it.
