  5. is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Guy Boulais or 
  6. Blizz Informatique assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

  11. shall Blizz Informatique or his suppliers or Resellers be liable to you or any other 
  12. person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character 
  13. including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer 
  14. failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. In no event 
  15. will Blizz Informatique or his resellers be liable for any damages in excess of Blizz
  16. Informatique's list price for a license to the software, even if Blizz Informatique or
  17. his resellers shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any 
  18. claim by any other party. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for 
  19. death or personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation.
