  12.         (such letters meet infrequently, but nevertheless). Thus
  13.         the real possible size is even less: with a
  14.         transliteration in ruglish the managing brackets are
  15.         added, which number depends on quantity of words of the
  16.         initial text in the latin alphabet.
  17.     <li>There is no opportunity of a seal of the texts.
  18.     <li>In Windows 3.x the help does not work.
  19.     <li>The work with the texts MS-DOS is carried out by the
  20.         separate program.
  21.     <li>Lag of the program with opening files containing the
  22.         symbol ASCII (26).
  23.     <li>There is no search and replacements of symbols.
