  4.         The Chapter 9 project files refer to a winmmsys.txt file which is
  5. not included on the CD.  This file is a Microsoft Visual Basic 4 file which
  6. can be found in the directory winapi off of the Visual Basic root directory.
  7. To open the project files without errors, copy this file to each of the
  8. chapter 9 project directories.
