  1.         LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. This is a legal agreement between you and Mountain Systems, Inc.
  4. By using this software product you are agreeing to the terms of 
  5. this agreement.
  6.  
  7. GRANT OF LICENSE.  This Agreement permits you the right to use 
  8. the enclosed software product ("Software Product")  in the 
  9. following manner:  You may install one entire copy of the SOFTWARE 
  10. PRODUCT on a single computer system for use by one or more 
  11. individuals.   The contents of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed 
  12. for use only as  provided herein and any other use or transfer
  13. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is prohibited.

  15. COPYRIGHT.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is copyrighted by Mountain
  16. Systems, Inc. and is protected by United States copyright laws 
  17. and international treaty provisions. You may not copy the
  18. contents of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any accompanying written
  19. materials for any purpose other than with normal use of the
  20. product.

  22. OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE 
  23. PRODUCT or otherwise transfer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or 
  24. accompanying written materials.
  25.  
  26. DISK WARRANTY.  Mountain Systems warrants that the original
  27. disks are free from defects in materials and workmanship, 
  28. assuming normal use, for a period of 60 days from the date
  29. of purchase.  If a defect occurs during this time period, 
  30. you may return the faulty disk for a free replacement.  A 
  31. returned disk must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

  33. Except for the disk warranty above, Mountain Systems grants
  34. no other warranties, expressed or implied, for the disk, 
  35. written materials, or the manner in which they are used.

  37. PRODUCT RETURNS. The licensed software is returnable to 
  38. Mountain Systems only when a Mountain System technician
  39. has determined the product is not compatible with the 
  40. customer system and an RMA has been issued from Mountain
  41. Systems.
  42.  
  43. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  To the maximum
  44. extent permitted by law, in no event shall Mountain 
  45. Systems, Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever arising 
  46. out of the use of or inability to use this product.
  47.  
  48. TRADEMARKS.  CallAudit is a registered trademark of Mountain 
  49. Systems, Inc. The trademarks of other products are the property 
  50. of their associated vendors.
