APPENDIX D -- ORDER FORMS
PREPAID (NON-CREDIT CARD) ORDER FORM
Please use the following multipage form for all prepaid (non-
credit card) registrations and orders for disks.
All information must be completed fully and the form signed, or
we will not process your order.
Note that you can locate the version or release number of your
evaluation copy of WinNAV on both the sign-on display, and on the
"About" dialog display that can be accessed from the "Help" pull
down menu bar. If you fail to include the version number of your
copy, we must assume that it is the same as the release number
and date appearing in the order form -- this may not always be
the same as the application program you are presently using.
The following registration fees and forms supersede previous fees
and charges, and are effective as of the date of this release.
Registered user's will be provided with an authorization code,
that will allow them to disable the opening and closing prompts
that appear when WinNAV is run, as well as being provided with
announcements of future updates and releases. These authoriza-
tion codes are personal and unique, and may not be disclosed or
used by third-parties or on multiple copies of the application.
Hopefully, this will avoid the need in future release, to pur-
chase updated disk sets.
YOU MUST REGISTER EACH COPY OF AN APPLICATION THAT IS USED BY AN
INDIVIDUAL (ONE COPY MAY NOT BE IN USE ON MULTIPLE MACHINES OR
TERMINALS).
