4.1 HOW TO PRINT THE AMIGA C ENCYCLOPEDIA
This file will briefly describe how to print and put all
documents, examples, pictures and appendices together into
six manual.
1. Print out the documents in the directory "Contents" in
chapter "Appendices". There exist six files, one for each
manual. These documents should be placed in the beginning
of each manual.
2. As you have noticed, each chapter is put into a directory
together with its examples. For the moment there exist 43
chapters divided into six manuals. (Each manual also comes
with a short introduction document which can be printed
if desired.)

The pictures are in grey scales and can therefore easily be
printed.
4. I have made a picture for each chapter. These pictures can
be printed and put in front of each chapter. The pictures
are stored in six directories. In the "ACM_Amiga" directory
you will find an introduction file as well as all pictures
for the Amiga manual. In the "ACM_Intuition" directory you
will also find an introduction file and all pictures for
the Intuition manual, and so on...
Note that in chapter "TOOLS" there exist a utility called
"Pager", written by Dick Taylor. It can be used to print the
documents on both sides of the paper. It will also automatically
add the current page number and chapter name at the top of
each paper.
4.2 INSTALL THE AMIGA C ENCYCLOPEDIA ON YOUR HARD DISK
The Amiga C Encyclopedia can easily be installed on your hard
disk. Create a directory and open it from Workbench. You can
then simply drag all files to your new directory and they will
be copied onto your hard disk.
Note that the complete Amiga C Encyclopedia needs almost 10 MB
of free space! If you do not have that much space you can
instead only copy the manual you are currently reading.
Have fun!!!
