  3. purpose is to make video after-titles.

  7.             quickly realise what this program
  8.             does, and if they want it.
  9. ats.guide - Containing the documentation for
  10.             the program.
  11. ats.c     - the C source.
  12. DMakefile - a makefile for it.
  13. Readme    - a short description - this file.
  14.  
  15. I'd like this program to make it to
  16. the Fred Fish series, if he sees so fit.
