  12.      TurboTitle  is  a  titling  program specially developed for subtitling
  13. foreign  films.   Unlike  most  other  general  titling programs TurboTitle
  14. allows  you  to  time  your titles with 1/100 of a second acuracy.  It also
  15. allows  you  to  time  the  entire script by watching the film and pressing
  16. return to display the next title.  This allows you to subtitle films with a
  17. minumum  of  effort  and  a  maximum  of  quality  and  acuracy.  This is a
  18. preliminary  release  that  will  soon  be followed by a commercial product
  19. sometime this summer.
