  3.   This licence agreement affects all programs, manuals and disks of
  4.   the  Virtual memory package VMem except files within the support
  5.   directory.  Violations of any of the topics below will cause this
  6.   licence to expire, i.e. terminate your rights to use or otherwise
  7.   handle (e.g. distribute) the package.
  8.  
  9.   You may duplicate/distribute the package as long as you don't
  10.   charge money for it apart from compensation for time/media/postage
  11.   expenditures.

  13.   You  are not allowed to include the package into any kind of
  14.   software  collection  apart  from  the Amiga Library (compiled by
  15.   Fred  Fish) and BBS file areas without written permission of the
  16.   author. This applys to CD roms, disk magazines, and disks included
  17.   with magazines, etc. It version  may  not  be  distributed as part
  18.   of a bundle (e.g. bookware, disk magazine).

  20.   The copyright owner(s) reserve the right to interdict distribution
  21.   at any time if the distributor fails to obey to this licence from
  22.   the copyright owner(s) point of view. Profits made by illegal
  23.   distribution have to be passed to the copyright owner(s).

  25.   You may not modify the package: do not change the compilation, do
  26.   not change (patch) files.

  28.   The  copyright  owner(s) provide this program "as is". The entire
  29.   risk  of  using  this program is with you. The copyright owner(s)
  30.   won't ever be responsible for damages to you - whether they arise
  31.   from  the  use of this package or the inability to use it, wether
  32.   they  are direct or consequential, including, but not limited to,
  33.   the loss of data or the generation of inaccurate data.
