  5.              FOR USING AND DISTRIBUTING THE NICE PACKAGE

  7. Neither the NICE macro package nor the manual belonging to this macro
  8. package are in the public domain. However, anybody is allowed to use
  9. NICE.

  11. NICE may be distributed under the following conditions:
  12. 1. Both the macro package NICE and the manual - either in printed form
  13.    or as DVI file - are distributed.
  14. 2. There were no changes made to NICE or the manual.
  15. 3. Everyone who receives the NICE package from you must be made aware
  16.    of these license conditions.
  17. 4. You may not charge a fee for distributing. But few compensations for
  18.    postage or data media are excluded from this direction.
  19. 5. Distribution may be explicity also be done by storing the NICE
  20.    package in a software archive, mail box or a similar method.
