  3. Welcome to the World Radio Amateur Directory CDROM!

  5. The World Radio Amateur Directory (WRAD) is Amateur Radio's most
  6. comprehensive journal about amateurs themselves.  More than 1 million
  7. callsigns are included representing all current USA operators in addition
  8. to over 250,000 callsigns from countries around the world!
  9.  
  10. Simply put the CD in your cdrom drive, install the WRAD browser software,
  11. and you'll have access to the World Radio Amateur Directory.

  17. setup.exe           Installation program for this CDROM
  18. catalog.txt         Walnut Creek CDROM catalog

  21. Quick Start Instructions:
  22.  
  23.   1 - Go to the "Start" button and choose "Run."
  24.  
  25.   2 - In the command line box, type:
  26.         D:\setup.exe
  27.  
  28.       (If the D: drive is not your CDROM drive, change it to the
  29.       appropriate CDROM drive letter.)
  30.  
  31. To uninstall the World Radio Amateur Directory CDROM, follow these steps:
  32.  
  33.   1 - Go to the "Start" button and choose "Settings" then "Control Panel."
  34.  
  35.   2 - Choose "Add/Remove programs"
  36.  
  37.   3 - Select "World Radio Amateur Directory"
  38.  
  39.   4 - Press the "Add/Remove" button to begin the uninstallation.
  40.  
  41. If you installed all of the data files to your hard drive, either during
  42. installation or by running the "HARDCOPY.EXE" program, follow the
  43. additional uninstallation steps below.

  45. Note: If you selected an installation directory other than the default,
  46. modify the below instructions as necessary.

  48.   1 - Double click on "My Computer"
  49.  
  50.   2 - Double click on the icon labeled "C:"
  51.  
  52.   3 - Double click on the folder labeled "Program Files"
  53.  
  54.   4 - Double click on the folder labeled "QRZ Ham Radio"
  55.  
  56.   5 - Drag the "World Radio Amateur Directory" folder to your recycle bin,
  57.       and select "Yes" when prompted to delete all files
